Consultations

At Visamigo Lawyers, our consultation sessions are allocated a duration of 30 minutes (unless mentioned otherwise). During this time, our experienced legal team will grasp your objectives, assess your circumstances, and recommend the most suitable pathway to accomplish your goals.

Cancellations, Rescheduling, and Refunds

Should you need to cancel your appointment, send an email to ask@visamigo.com.au to initiate the refund process.

By making a payment for the consultation, you acknowledge that your payment serves as a deposit to cover our administrative fees (see ‘Administrative Fees’ as defined below) of $90 (plus GST if applicable) in the event of a consultation cancellation and subsequent refund request. If you cancel the consultation, our administrative fee will be deducted from the refunded amount.

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, necessitating the rescheduling of consultations. Visamigo Lawyers will accommodate rescheduling requests if provided with a minimum of 24 hours' notice. Failure to do so may result in Administrative Fees of $90 (plus GST if applicable), in addition to the consultation fee. If Administrative Fees are applicable, they must be paid prior to the rescheduled consultation.

Administrative Fees: In cases of consultation cancellation or rescheduling within less than 24 hours of the appointment, an administrative fee of $90 AUD (plus GST if applicable) will be charged. This fee is intended to cover our administrative costs and accounting procedures.

Visamigo Lawyers may need to reschedule or cancel an appointment due to unforeseen circumstances. If such an event occurs, we will make every effort to reschedule your appointment promptly with one of our lawyers.

Online Conduct

Visamigo Lawyers strictly adheres to a policy of respect and maintains a zero-tolerance approach towards any form of disrespect, harassment, aggression, violence, or discrimination. Should any such behaviour occur, our lawyers reserve the right to terminate the consultation immediately, and refunds will not be provided.
